In December 2021, Inawa Institute conducted an in-depth market assessment of the beverage sector in Togo, with a focus on informing strategic investment decision-making. The study relied on the application of advanced statistical methods to rigorously analyze primary data collected from a representative sample of wholesalers and consumers in the city of Lomé.

The insights generated through this analysis provided a robust evidence base for understanding market structure, consumer preferences, and growth potential within the sector. Building on these findings, Inawa Institute designed a structured and data-driven business plan, which served as a key tool to support the client’s fundraising efforts.

This assignment contributed directly to strengthening the investment readiness of the project and enhancing the client’s capacity to mobilize financial resources for the development of a high-potential agribusiness initiative in Togo.
